Blue heeler (Saint joseph)

I have a blue heeler dog that is almost a year old.
He is very loving and is good with cats.
He is potty trained and will tell you when he has to go to the bathroom.
I am moving out of state and unfortunately cannot take him with me.
He will come with a kennel and food and water bowl.
I’m asking a rehoming fee of $80.
