Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely ensuring production machinery and building equipment are maintained in a safe operating condition to prevent interrupted production.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair machinery and facility equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Stand for extended periods of time
Safely use ladders and tools to perform maintenance functions

Demonstrates aptitude to diagnose problems and failures and repairs replace parts as required.
Ability to lead and follow safety rules as established by Albaugh.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Education
High School Diploma/GED
2 years experience working in an industrial facility
Technical training preferred
Preferred Experience
3 Plus years of verifiable indstrial maintenance experience
Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance to identify and replace failed components such as bearings, belts, motors, etc.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance.
Dismantles/disassembles defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts to specifications using instruments and/or tools.
Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, and pneumatics
Willingness to cross train in other technical areas
Your focus would be leading the safety and quality initiatives, coordinating production objectives, employee engatgement and compliance with regulatory needs.

In this position, you will work in a regular Monday - Friday schedule.
Overtime is required on occasion based on business needs.
