Single Family home or duplex wanted to rent (Savannan, St.Joseph)

My husband and I are looking for a home to rent, something we can afford as we are seniors, semi-retired but still working part time.
We are reliable renters; someone who treats the home as if it were our own.
We would take very good care of the home.
The only problem is we are not out of our lease here until the end of July and don't want to lose out on a good place by waiting too long.
We don't want to sign another years lease here.
We would be open to anything in or around the St.
Joseph/Savannah area.
We need something affordable because we are or will be on fixed incomes but we would make great renters.
You wouldn't have to worry about your place being taken care of or the rent paid on time.
